Don’t get suckered into getting the 3 oil changes and tire rotation package because when it’s time for your next oil change they’ll say they can’t take you today if you don’t have an appointment so you have to pay and go somewhere else! Very unprofessional. I’d recommend Basha’s on Groesback.
After having a poor purchasing experience of my Telluride at a closer to home dealership, I decided to stop giving them my money in the future for service related items. It was a great decision. I've been going to Jeffrey for all of my Telluride related fixes and they have been great. Appointments have been readily available, convenient and efficient. I find that they communicate well and are respectful of your time. I'm surprised to see negative reviews. Not my experience at all.

I’m not a “car-person” but when I had to take my Kia in for some work they were very helpful. Jamie was great and explained everything to me about what my car needed. I appreciated him taking the time to do that, it made me more comfortable with what I was paying for. Service was quick and done right.
The service here is always top notch and friendly! They communicate everything to you from start to finish. And the waiting area is always well stocked with waters, snacks and wifi if you need to get work done while you wait there.
