The service here is always top notch and friendly! They communicate everything to you from start to finish. And the waiting area is always well stocked with waters, snacks and wifi if you need to get work done while you wait there.
Not a pleasant experience at this dealership, first the service rep tried to sell unwanted addons for first service on a brand new vehicle saying “KIA recommend services from day one “ which ranges from $100-$300 and after service is completed it almost took 1:30mins to hand me the keys and the rep said he was waiting on paperwork, never seen such unprofessional service.
This place used to be A1 and we went there for years. It seems the ownership changed several years ago, and I won't return for servicing. A few years ago, when I went to pick up my Kia after an oil change, new tires, and leaving it overnight on their lot, the NEW tires were filthy, caps were missing, oil leaked in my garage and someone damaged my car overnight, and no one mentioned that. Smells like a bar in the body shop office.
My kia optima ex, 2016 had the i famous P1326- knock sensor code triggered and the car fell into limp mode(loss of power). They just refreshed ecu and I was good to go! Sean made sure that I was taken care of in a quick but thorough fashion. They even washed the car afterwards.
