Not the best costumer service and not very apologic for forgetting about us in the waiting room. It took 2 hours in the waiting room with only three people in the waiting room they should have paid me for the appointment. When we finally got in the consulation was okay. Dr Kenney never looked at my some or even talked to him about the wisdom teeth extraction. He is 18teen so he is old enough to understand and needs to learn what it is like at a doctor’s office. We went over my insurance coverage and they were adamant that it was covered and I only had to pay a certain amount. 6 wks later a $500+ bill shows up and the "estimate" was wrong. They don't know their business and will stick you with a large bill when you went over things 3x over 2 wks.
Gave a 5 star review....best outcome on what is probable one of anyone's worst days.
EXCELLENT! The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Kenney is very skilled and made the experience very easy.

Dr. Kenney in the beginning was one of the best doctors i had ever seen. But over the years he has allowed himself to change his bedside manner especially is much harsher than it used to be and god forbid your in pain and have swelling for more than 3 days cuz 3 days is about all the pain relief he will allow .

I was referred out by my primary dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction because I had extreme anxiety... Dr. Kenney was very calm and casual and the whole procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Kenney took no more than ten minutes, it was surprisingly painless and recovery is going very smoothly - no major aches or pains or even swelling. Your mileage may vary, it may have had something to do with my particular tooth or it may have been because of the skill of the doctor and his staff. Thank you all!
Very friendly and efficient office and doctor. They have it down to a science and cover everything you could possibly think of during the consultation. Very comforting when you know the staff is totally on top of things and great at what they do. Had my daughter's wisdom teeth taken out and we were on our way within an hour. My daughter recovered remarkably with no issues or even pain.
