Dr. Jenks his staff and the Mercy Anesthesia group did fantastic work on my knee replacement 2 years ago. And I had my other knee done 12 WEEKS AGO. Dr. Jenks was professional and I am progressing very well. He talked to us prior and after surgery. Kept my wife and I informed. He kept my pain under control which is huge on this type of surgery. Can not Thank him and his staff enough for the attention and care they showed.
I had some major trams to my right knee and I was told by several orthopedic surgeons that I had to be 50 years old before they would even consider surgery. During that time, my knee only got worse. I found Dr.Jenks like he fell from Heaven one day while looking for someone, anyone who would help me. I still had a few years before the BIG 50 and waiting to walk wasn’t even an option. I am having a very tough time with this office. I am getting the run around and not receiving any care right now post op in the mercy network. This office referred me out with complications from surgery and the referral dr said he couldn't help and would get back with Jenks. Still haven't heard from anyone. Office declined medication refill on Friday, so as I suffer in pain and no ROM 4 months later, nobody is helping me or responding.
