All-around great staff, starting from the sweet/cute M.A. Melanie when ya get called back, up to the stud with the always pristine sneakers, Dr. Jenks. Dr. Jenks & P.A. Raethka are an all-star team. They answer any questions you might have, and give ya the how, what, and why about what's going on with your condition. I had ACL surgery today Dr.Jenks and his team made it a very pleasant experience. I love his approach with his clients 1 on 1. 5 stars aren’t enough for this man. Thank you Dr for getting me back on my feet.
Dr. Jenks his staff and the Mercy Anesthesia group did fantastic work on my knee replacement 2 years ago. And I had my other knee done 12 WEEKS AGO. Dr. Jenks was professional and I am progressing very well. He talked to us prior and after surgery. Kept my wife and I informed. He kept my pain under control which is huge on this type of surgery. Can not Thank him and his staff enough for the attention and care they showed.
I had some major trams to my right knee and I was told by several orthopedic surgeons that I had to be 50 years old before they would even consider surgery. During that time, my knee only got worse. I found Dr.Jenks like he fell from Heaven one day while looking for someone, anyone who would help me. I still had a few years before the BIG 50 and waiting to walk wasn’t even an option.
