Worst experience ever The staff is terrible
Worst experience. This doctor was completely dismissive of my child's issues. Had no compassion regarding my child having significant medical ptsd and blamed my 4 year old for his ear issues. If your child has any sort of complex issues stay far away.
Dr. Keller did my daughter's tubes and adenoids almost 3 years ago, when she was 5. He didn't do her tonsils bc he said it was unnecessary, which I appreciated so much! She freaked out on the day of the surgery and he (and his staff) was beyond compassionate, patient, reassuring and accommodating to both of us. One of the best Drs I've ever seen... we adore him! My daughter gives him 5 stars!
Dr.Keller is great with kids. He helped my daughter out a lot. Thank You so much for all your help. Highly recommend. Great friendly staff as well
Doctor Keller was instrumental in helping diagnose my child and in referring me to a specialist to complete a surgery for a rare condition. Doctor Keller was kind, informative and even reached out to the surgeon to get my son in earlier appointment than would have been possible on my own. Doctor Keller was very kind to my child and really made us both feel very comfortable.
