Dr. Keim's nurse Gail needs to retire. She called our house TWICE in the same day to relay the SAME message. I think she was actually rubbing it in that our insurance was DENIED.

The worst experience I have had in health care in my entire life. They will make you wait 10 months for a consult and then refuse to even speak with you about surgery and tell you to leave and “come back later with the proper insurance documentation”, despite the fact that you have submitted those documents to them and they have them in their possession.
