Atrocious!!! Absolutely atrocious customer service. The antithesis of professionalism. Tried to have the doctor call me and he wouldn't speak to me and I was told by the office staff to make an appt. When I was unable to attend the appt, I tried to call the day prior. No answering machine and no answering service so I had to call the day of to cancel 15 minutes after they opened. Was threatened that I would be charged for the visit anyways and lectured by the rudest office manager I've ever spoken to. I asked the woman to ha... read more
