Dr. James and the office staff were amazing! Our family used this office after my son experienced a basketball injury. Dr. James made sure we understood the issues surrounding the injury and what the upcoming process of identification and treatment looked like. We were able to secure an appointment quickly! Overall GREAT experience.

Dr. James and his staff are great. They listen to and address your individual needs, never poo-pooing, making inaccurate assumptions, judging or rushing the patient. They aren't sexist or practice ageism, something I experience a LOT from doctors. He's willing to support the patient's treatment preferences and gives information to make an educated decision rather than pushing hesitant patients. They are just excellent!
