This man talks down to his patients, talks to nurses in the room about the patients in front of the patients, doesn't try to talk his patients through their options, tells his patients he is "the captain of his ship" and also tells his patients if he doesn't like what he has to say he can go to someone else.. and when they mention that he is the only option at the clinic he laughs and tells them they will have to go elsewhere.
