I hired Jeffrey Katzelnick to represent me in a divorce settlement. He was antagonistic and argumentative at ever turn, as if we were adversaries rather than on the same team. He had already charged me for evaluating the draft settlement agreement when I fired him; but he refused to turn over his mark-up and comments, claiming they were confidential. A nightmare from start to finish with this guy.
