I lost my voice due to a paralyzed vocal cord after being intubated for surgery last year, and Dr. Hsu treated me--eventually performing thyroplasty surgery to restore my voice. I'm very grateful to him and his team for taking great care of me throughout the process, and for his knowledge and skill set that literally gave me my voice back. He's a wonderful doctor and human being, doing important things that cure people and greatly improve their lives.
Needing to balance at that one star review because Dr. Hsu is awesome. Clear communicator, focused, thoughtful, delicate when needed, approachable, and ultimately, I trusted him with a very sensitive procedure and issue, and it paid off.
