His website says there excepting NEW PATIENTS BUT THERE NOT!!. Ivev tried calling off and on for 6 months. And they still ADVERTISE THERE EXCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!! AND THERE NOT!!!!!!
Couldn’t manage to transfer a prescription after his office staff said “no problem” three times in a row on the phone, been waiting 3 days now.
Best. Doctor. Ever! Best office atmosphere, caring staff! Worth the drive to New London from Ashland.
Dr Hardwood is great. He takes the time to explain what he thinks and how he treats you. I've had nothing but positive visits with him and his staff.
His bedside manner was horrible. When I asked him his name because of the way he was treating me he almost shoved his ID badge in my face! If u want a doctor who shows he cares about his patients then DON'T see him. He treated me like I didn't matter. Almost put me in tears! I don't know what I did to deserve that treatment.
