Dr Halley has been my Dr for 5 years he diagnosed me quickly with heart failure and probably saved my life. He is always willing to talk and answers all my questions and even answers questions between visits.
Dr Hally was excellent. He was so patient with my mother who has a mind of her own — yet he took all the time to listen as if she was the only patient he had. He explained to my mother the various medications and reassured her that she is going to be okay. She walked out so relieved. He is perhaps one of the best doctors I’ve ever met in knowledge and explaining and patience.
