Dr. Gross has no empathy. I have never in my whole life experienced terrible behavior. I called him four times because my mom was in the hospital and I needed Returned my call or touched base with the neurologist at the hospital. How can he be a doctor who doesn’t care about his patients. So upsetting, please do not use this doctor.

Dr. Gross was a gentleman and very patient with me. He actually listened to my concerns and desires. He explained everything in detail which relieved the fear Dr's in the hospital left me with over the weekend.

Like a breath of fresh air! After returning to life in the US after living outside the US for 9 years, Dr. Gross was an experienced and knowledgeable MS neurologist I was looking for and needed at this time. He was also a kind and cordial person during our entire conversation.

Saw him every 3 months for 2 years. Every visit he acted as if it was the 1st time we met.

Fantastic Doctor spends time and straight to the point. My appointment with Dr. Gross was a thank God I went and he was there. Dr Gross examined me, saying sorry for my pain the whole time during the examination and came up with a solution to my problem, which I'm so very relieved from the suffering. Also great staff members too. I will definitely recommend Dr Gross to friends and family anytime anywhere. My wife has been seeing Dr Gross also as well. Thank our friends at Associated Neurologist

I wouldn't recommend my dog to this man. I've worked in medical for 16 years & I have NEVER experienced such poor practice of medicine. I brought my mother for a consult after some concerning findings on imaging. We waited almost 2 hours, He walked in, made no eye contact, typed for 5 mins, made a fair amount of grunting sounds and explained nothing. We left feeling unsure & as scared as we did walking in. I could go on about the office as well but the space given is limited.. All around awful.

Never seems to remember he's seen me before. Not familiar with my history although I've been a patient for more than 2yrs. Doesn't answer questions directly. Example, "should I expect any side effects from this medication"? Gives no response even though he clearly heard me.
