I was rudely treated by the receptionist who is his wife. I made an initial appointment as a new patient a month ago. She called me to change the appointment because she didn’t want me to wait. When I asked about how long I would have to wait and shared my frustration, she got very nasty. It’s “9:12 am and I don’t need this, I’m doing you a favor and I’m going to share this conversation with Dr Green.” At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable keeping the appointment so I cancelled. Whatever happened to kindness?
I am truly grateful for Dr. Green's attention, professionalism, and knowledge. He doesn't under or overreact to situations but instead provides relevant, up to date information to help one make informed decisions. Truly one of the best doctor's I've seen.
I moved over to Dr. Green a few monts ago for a preoperative check up. Very pleased with the office staff & Dthe Stress echo test was done professionally with rapid results. Dr.Green also took the time to visit me at HSS Stamford during his rounds. A routine f/u ekg visit ran smoothly. Very personable & attentive physician. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking around the back of office building.
Dr. Green and his team are truly excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, competent, and kind. Dr. Green took the time to review my history, discuss the risks and benefits of various treatment options with me, and decide on a plan that made the most sense for my case.
