Let me tell you about this office…what can I say but that they are simply marvelous. From the ladies at the front desk (especially Ashley) to the head Doc in charge (Dr. Goldberg). A special recognition goes out to Dr. Steven Huffman for both him and Ashley putting up with me and calming my nerves and even holding my hand regarding my endoscopy. From the time I called for an appointment and spoke to Kim, who answered on the third ring and was a real person, not a robot or answering system, till I was welcomed by her, four days later, seen by the PA, Steve, I think his name, till I was done with the audiologist, the experience couldn’t have been better. Dr. Goldberg and his staff are the most wonderful and caring office we have ever experienced. Dr. Goldberg is kind, patient, gentle, knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. He truly does his best to ensure outstanding care for our son. We really couldn’t ask for better…we are so grateful to him and his team.
I’m so grateful for Dr. Goldberg. My son has been dealing with ear infections for the majority of his life (hes 2.5) He had tubes placed by PENTA 12/22 and despite tubes, we still were dealing with ear infections. This most recent time I took him to his pediatrician who said the infection was so bad it needed to be cultured by ENT and sent us home without any antibiotics. PENTA said they couldn’t get us in for another 4 months(which is typical with PENTA. It is impossible to get In touch with anyone). I called about 10 ENTs ... read more
