Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Goldberg and his team for a couple of years now, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is incredibly kind and patient. They have been wonderful with her at every visit, starting when she was 2 years old. She actually looks forward to her appointments, which says a lot about the care she receives. Amazing Staff! I have seen several ENTs for polyps in the past but Dr Golberg’s staff is far and above all others. Let me tell you about this office…what can I say but that they are simply marvelous. From the ladies at the front desk (especially Ashley) to the head Doc in charge (Dr. Goldberg). A special recognition goes out to Dr. Steven Huffman for both him and Ashley putting up with me and calming my nerves and even holding my hand regarding my endoscopy. From the time I called for an appointment and spoke to Kim, who answered on the third ring and was a real person, not a robot or answering system, till I was welcomed by her, four days later, seen by the PA, Steve, I think his name, till I was done with the audiologist, the experience couldn’t have been better.
