Awful
I had a traumatizing experience with Dr.Glassberg and Charleen Jacobs and their whole team I have sickle cell and I had it my whole life so I suffer from pain that's what I went their for but instead of being a good doctor they would rather me suffer and take all my pain medicine away from me knowing how much pain I was in words can't explain what they put me through so If you have sickle cell and if your in pain stay far away from this clinic

It’s sad that out of the entirety of NYC there’s one two specialist that come up from a Google search. Glassberg has fine bedside service but his team is unable to deliver efficient, precise and meaningful care as they’re severely understaffed. Additionally the nurse practitioner team deployed underneath him becomes a hassle to work with over time with things as simple as pain management
