Our experience with Dr. Jeffrey Ginsburg today was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. We came in for a scheduled pre-operative appointment for our five-year-old child, who was scheduled for adenoid surgery. During the visit, we asked questions about the procedure and our child’s care, which we believe is completely reasonable for parents preparing their child for surgery.
