I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kagan today! Very friendly and outgoing, super knowledgeable and thorough. I love how he throws some humor into his bedside manner, especially because I was extremely nervous to have my foot worked on. Highly recommend! :-)
I met Dr Kagan when he opened his office on Covert Ave.He does home podiatry visits for my husband.He is so kind, and very knowledgable. He is a wonderful doctor.Glad he is in our neighborhood.!!!!
