Kevin Brambury with the Rochester office was woefully unprepared for the appeals hearing. During the appeals hearing I could hear the law judge admonish Mr Brambury a number of different times. Mr Branbury outright lied about not having information on a neuro doc when I personally emailed the info to his paralegal (who confirmed receipt) over 2 months prior to the appeals hearing date.
