I think that many people here have mistaken him thinking through cases, as disinterest. At first I also thought Dr.Frank might have been disinterested in my son's case but after a few visits we couldn't be happier with the care we have recieved from Dr.Frank. He has been quite thorough, responsive, and consistent. I really appreciate how gentle he is with my babies and how well he explains what he is seeing. Terrible bedside manner, he seemed rushed and disinterested, almost bothered to be there. He also got vital information incorrect, which could have been dangerous for my 6 year old daughter. He also assured me that he would write all her diagnosis information down for me (so I could research and review w/her father) and he didn't. I wouldn't suggest him. Put my daughter on medication that had a low likelihood of success with a high likelihood of horrible side effects when there were other meds that should have been suggested first. Impossible to get an hold of when things get bad. Drive to OHSU. Seriously, go to Portland it's tragic he's the only option for kids in Eugene but proximity isn't worth the lacking that you'll find in this doctor.
