Not sure why they even schedule you an appointment if they aren’t going to follow it themselves. It’s empty and I’m still waiting to be seen. Not the first time this happens just wish the doctor would be more professional. People make accommodations on their end to be here on lunch breaks and so forth and they can’t even follow thru on their end. And they have the audacity to charge you the waiting minutes when he only took a hand full of minutes talking to you. 🤦🏻♀️

I went to this doctor due to chronic diarrhea. He wanted me to do a fecal implant which is a surgical procedure before trying anything less invasive. I went to three visits with no help for my symptoms so decided to find help elsewhere. I also found his contact info on a supplement website that had been helpful and the doctor didn’t even use those supplements. What??
Dr Fine seems to be knowledgeable but he doesn’t know how to operate a business. 10 unanswered calls and 10 unreturned calls later, I have lost all trust in his operation. I have to find a doctor that knows what customer service means.
I saw Dr. Fine today, as a 2nd opinion. He was highly recommended by 2 of my other trusted doctors. Dr. Fine was excellent & pointed out several issues in my previous testing that were completely missed by the first GI doc that I saw. Dr. Fine explained everything very well & gave me as much time as needed to decide upon a plan of action. I will definitely be coming to him for any GI issues. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Fine!
