Dr Fine seems to be knowledgeable but he doesn’t know how to operate a business. 10 unanswered calls and 10 unreturned calls later, I have lost all trust in his operation. I have to find a doctor that knows what customer service means.
I saw Dr. Fine today, as a 2nd opinion. He was highly recommended by 2 of my other trusted doctors. Dr. Fine was excellent & pointed out several issues in my previous testing that were completely missed by the first GI doc that I saw. Dr. Fine explained everything very well & gave me as much time as needed to decide upon a plan of action. I will definitely be coming to him for any GI issues. I highly recommend him. If I could give 0 I would. This is the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever been to. I was 12 minutes late to an appointment due to an accident on the freeway and forced to reschedule. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and had to wait + 35 minutes past my appointment time and was ultimately never seen because I had to get back to work. I’m really glad I found Dr Fine. His office staff is friendly and took time to answer questions- Dr Fine took time to review my health history and was very friendly- I recommend Dr Fine if you are looking for a gastroenterologist:)
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!! THE DR and his front desk need evaluation!!!
