It is never fun going to an ER but Dr Feden makes the best out of an often unenjoyable situation. His kindness, patience, and empathy sets the tone for the entire team. He was thorough in his care and diagnosis but quick to reassure you that everything was going to be ok. He's a great reminder why healthcare workers were deemed heroes during COVID. We should continue to toast to them.
My mom was brought to RIH last evening with pneumonia. Dr. Feden was the ER doctor last night. I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate his incredible kindness and awesome bedside manner. Some people don't necessarily take extra time with sensors. My mom is almost 92 so when any amount of kindness and patience are shown to her, I am beyond grateful. She is our mom after all. Thank you Dr. Feden.
