If I could shout out what a difference Dr. Falco has made in our lives, I would. But I guess a Google review will have to do. After SIX YEARS and 8 other specialists, our fantastic immunologist (Keri Drain) suggested we try Dr. Falco. She told me that he was new to the area and she found him to be excellent. When I begged him to consider tubes for my daughter (who has suffered with daily vertigo for six years), he asked that we do some balance testing, which we were happy to do. Dr. Falco fit me in to his clinic same day for an urgent problem. He saw me over his lunch break! I found him to be kind, professional, and practical. His staff was also very nice.
Dr Falco is new to the practice and I found him to be very attentive, pleasant and helpful with listening and describing options that address my voice concerns speaking and singing. His visit summary was detailed and clear. Had initial snag getting it to be visible, but all communications digitally and by phone have been outstanding since. I will update after my upcoming procedure - hopefully 5 stars!
