Works strictly for W/C- no empathy for patients. The worst bedside manner I have ever had or imagined. He does not care about you or your diagnosis, he only cares about getting paid by the insurance co. Dr. Hazlewood and his nurse are BIG LIARS, he makes up false statements about you to make his side shine, They are rude, they are unprofessional, has inappropriate behavior towards patients on the phone and in person.
