Dr. Jeffrey Draughn I consented to a tubal ligation, but afterward learned that my fallopian tubes were removed instead. This was not explained to me beforehand in a way I understood, and I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed after the fact. The lack of clear communication and follow-up left me distressed, and I am now living with a permanent outcome I did not believe I had agreed to.
