Dr Dodd has been great! Takes time to listen and handle concerns. Been going here for a few years now and feel confortable saying he will be my long term care pcp. The office lady’s are always respectful and handle my concerns appt times are never a lengthy wait.
The doctor was fine, helpful etc. The front desk staff is a joke. I have been trying for two weeks not to get a straight answer on how much it will cost to pay out of pocket for a in person visit that the doctor is requiring to refill my medication. Today I finally called to cancel the appointment until they can tell me how much it’ll cost to pay cash, not use insurance and they say “anywhere from $100-$155”.
