I have been seeing Dr. Tiemstra for the last few years. He has been great for anything I need help with. For years he has listened to my concerns and even entertained them, even if they were not plausible. He is kind and punctual. He has old medicine experience and works well with many levels of knowledge. I'd recommend him and I don't usually say that.
They need to get rid of him and find a more welcoming doctor. This guy isn’t it. This clinic needs to find doctors who are smarter and a better attitude.
I felt very judged and looked down upon by this doctor. I have to rely on medical transportation to get to my appointments and every time I'm just a few minutes late he will not see me. I'm not sure why Aurora keeps him around and I wish I would have looked at the google reviews before accepting this doctor. Worst most unenthusiastic, petty petulant doctor I have ever met.

Horrible experiences at this clinic. Dr Tiemstra has proven he doesn’t care or listen. His incompetence of reading charts is very apparent. If you think you’ll be treated any better by his staff you are up for a big disappointment. The nurse? Or who ever she was, as she was the one who checked me in and when came back to take my blood put a lab coat on. Barely knocked and walked in. No greetings. No hand washing or sanitizing.
