Dr. Jeffrey D. Schultz did an extraction and bone graft on one of my bottom molars. The office was very unfriendly - no sympathy whatsoever for my fear and needle phobia. Told them several times I was scared, they didn't care. Dr. Shultz gave me injections on both sides of the tooth, but they had only put numbing jell on one side - and didn't warn me.
