My husband and I contacted Jeffrey to do our taxes. His rating on google was outstanding, now I noticed those are all from 4 years ago. I used to do our taxes myself but last year my husband started his own business and I realized I would not be able to do them myself this year. At first things went well. I would prefer to not give a star at all. Never have I, as a military parent ever been treated so poorly, so unprofessionally and been so highly ghosted by an alleged professional CPA in an attempt to get my sons tax returns filed while he is stationed overseas. Disgusted!!
