Very personable, take his time to talk about the patient needs. Very Straightforward and knowledgeable.
I will piggyback off of Valerie Weise's post. Both my husband, mother in law and myself see Dr. Klak. I completely agree with her assessment. Wonderful caring doctor and team. I have referred to him several times when others have asked me who my pcp is.
Front desk staff was so rude and not helpful Specially lori they don’t want to help new patient at all,
Dr. Klak sees both my husband and I and we are both so happy with our care. This is the first time I've had a doctor listen to my concerns and offer actual solutions. He never makes me feel rushed, and has always been flexible about appointments. If I have questions, he's always responsive on the patient portal.
