Had a colonoscopy TODAY and Dr. Hartford and his team were exceptional.Also would like to mention that Chelsea, the RN, was kind and efficient.Highly recommended...two thumbs up (site won't take emojis)

I have been a patient for about twenty years. I have always found him to be interested, caring and helpful. My family has a history of dying from colon cancer and I am at risk for esophageal cancer. He has followed me closely. He has probably saved my life.
1 month ago I visited Dr. Hartford for the first time. He told me nothing on my first visit and when I called back to ask about picking up a test he took 3 weeks to get back to me even after calling multiple times. When he did get back to me, he called at 10pm & left a message he gave me wrong information and mixed up me & another patient, I tried calling back multiple times again leaving many messages with the office and still no answer. Dr. Hartford is in over his head and knows nothing.
Dr Hartford has and has shown genuine interest in my total health. He takes time to explain complicated conditions so that I can understand what I need to know. He's also not beyond talking with me on personal matters not directly associated with my visit
What a kind Dr. such a good listener. I appreciated the time he spent. My son's care and stomach problems are very difficult but somehow Dr. Hartford got him to talk about what was really happening. I would recommend Dr. Hartford to everyone.
This doctor is an embarrassment. He seemed uninterested as he reviewed my issues and previous history. After a few minutes, he made his diagnosis and told me that he's had excellent success with treating my condition. That was the last time I spoke with the doctor. His treatment did not work. I called to speak with the doc. Only his staff would talk to me and they never had any answers. Finally I get told that the doc can't help me and to find someone else.
