I had such an amazing experience at Dr. Hart’s office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly sweet and welcoming. As a first-time patient, I really appreciated how smooth and easy the entire process was, thanks especially to Jody at the front desk, who was so kind and helpful. I am usually happy either way this place. Last two days trying to get in touch with Dr. Jan and the receptionist acted as if I was annoying her. Informed her of problem I was having with CVS not filling prescription. Finally found out what problem was she also told me she would call CVS to find out if she could see what problem was. I don’t know if she called or not. Today Dr. Jan is not in. I’m out of medication and now have to suffer in pain until he comes back in. All it takes is a click of a code on the computer. Dr hart performed a successful hip replacement for me 4 years ago. Recently I was struggling with severe elbow pain. Since Dr hart had moved to a different location pretty far from me I tried someone else that was closer but with no satisfaction. I decided to make the trip to see Dr hart. The next day my wife asked me why I was smiling when I woke up. The pain was almost completely gone. I’ll never go to anyone else again .
The first time I walked into Dr. Hart's office I could barley walk. He suggested several options. I opted for PRP and it saved me! Over the past 4 years, I've had 3 injections and I'm happy to report I've been pain free! Dr. Hart has the BEST bedside manner, explains everything and puts you at ease immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would very highly recommend Dr. Hart for all of your orthopedic needs!!
