Everyone here is kind, smart, and professional. But the real difference is Dr. Frerichs. He has helped members of my family in ways that went beyond what we expected from a dentist. He provided immediate compassionate care for a loved one in memory care, quickly diagnosed and fixed a filling from another dentist that was causing a child pain, and referred a young adult to a physical therapist who successfully treated chronic jaw issues. This visit was a routine cleaning. Trina does an excellent job every time. New front office staff since I was there the last time, all very friendly and helpful. Doc is always pleasant, efficient, and proactive in my dental needs. It’s appreciated!
With the exception of a few years (due to a change in insurance), I have been a patient of Dr. Frerichs for 20-ish years. He and the rest of the team are always professional and always personable.
