Jeffrey Culpepper has retired and the doctor staff has been replaced by an arrogant flamboyant male doctor which scolds the nurse staff and a south African female with a heavy accent which talks so fast you can't understand a word she's saying. I'm going to find another primary care facility after this visit. The doctors here only care about how much they can bill your insurance for, for example I have been telling them for years I don't suffer from depression but they tried to prescribe me antidepressants anyway. Despite the one disgruntled other Google reviewer I've always had a pretty straight forward easy visit with Dr Culpepper. The office visits are as pleasant and easy as it can be with our broken medical system centered around charging insurance as much as possible. They do a good job.
This is the most incompetent office I have seen in a long time. My husband had his labs done over two weeks ago I have been by there three times to get the results each time I am informed that the doctor has not reviewed them yet. I know from past experience the doctor's office gets the labs the next day they need to get off their lazy butts and do their job, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
