He did two procedures including follow ups for our son (tubes and tonsil/adenoidectomy). He answered questions and provided clarity that was much appreciated. We loved him and if the need arises (perish the thought) we would not hesitate to return to him.
It was our 1st visit and he was in an out of the office in less than 5 minutes, for a speciailist, who we have been trying to see for months. He kept talking over me and wasn't listening to what I had to say. I truly felt like he did not care at all about my child's pain. When I tried to ask more questions he gave me this look like I was stupid and could not wait to get us out. I will be looking for another specialist.
Dr. Cheng is one of the worst doctors my son has ever seen. He has no bed side manners, very rude, and does not listen to your concerns. We will not be back to see him.
I work and health care and have been to multiple physicians for my child’s care - bounced around a lot and gaslighted to feel like my concerns not valid or “he just need time to get better” Dr Cheng has been amazing not only is he very thorough and has a back up plan of care but he’s literally the ONLY doctor who responds consistently to any and all of our messages.
