The staff is amazing, they get back to you quickly and the providers are all very helpful and kind. I've never had issues and will continue to get care here. I don't have insurance and they are understanding about it. Out of pocket costs are reasonable.

Please change your hours to 8am instead of 7:30am so when I call you don’t have someone with an attitude answering the phone. Chery or whatever her name was answered the phone with the most disgusting attitude, and instead of just being polite and telling me to call back at the right time she was hella ignorant about it.
ZERO STARS!! I am a Heart Patient. I'm 60 years old. I take very important medicine. Ok. If you cancel or change your appointment, these people penalize you. But it is fine if they cancel or change the appointment, and right when I need to get impatient medicine. Also, they are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Now I am scrambling to get another PCP and get my Very important Heart medication, I may have to actually go to the Emergency room, just to get some medication, until I can get another doctor. This medical office is hands down the BEST! My family and I have been going here for years, and honestly, I would need a whole tablet to tell you just how absolutely wonderful it is! I have recent read some reviews saying that they are pretty much only good for antibiotics and that they are none caring by sending you to see another doctor.
