This is our second experience with Dr. Windschitl, and he was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and organized. For sure, the best two experiences we have had in an emergency room setting.
Has been the most genuine, active listening and thorough MD in the ER for many years. I have always had a 100 percent positive experience.

He was quite rude and didn't appear to care about our 7 week old daughter. He did the bare minimum and tried to make us feel bad for not noticing our daughter's hernia. Then, after dealing with him and the wait times, he didn't bother running any imaging and said we needed to go to Children's for surgery. Overall, it was a poor experience.
Was not very friendly towards us in the ER when my friend came in with a bee sting. Claimed she wasn’t really allergic, despite being diagnosed as such for years and having epi pens. He just didn’t like that she wasn’t showing symptoms he wanted her to show, to prove her allergy. He preferred that she wait and see if she reacts poorly. He was not friendly or pleasant to work with. Overall, not impressed.
