Honest, humble and great follow up
Avoid if you expect in-depth care and explanation of your medical issues. Doctor provides the least interaction as possible. Hangs up on you if you happen to call emergency line. Go elsewhere!
Doctor refused to talk to me about blood test results and hung up on me 3x. Had someone else call only to tell me to see a specialist to figure out the results.
The staff is very efficient. I arrived a bit early and was taken on time. Dr Marc is a good listener and always recommends the correct procedures.
The worst experience, the staff are very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. I did my annual 2 weeks ago with the doctor, I went back to fill 1 paper for school, they asked me to pay $25 just to sign and stamped it. Also, his medical assistants are not well trained, don't know nothing about hygiene and infection control. She had to collect my blood, she cleaned the site with alcohol swab, then touched it with her bare hand to feel the vein again, I had to correct her. She didn't like it gave me attitude. Wonderful doctor. I've been going to Dr. Marc since a child and will continue to go to him well into adulthood. He truly cares for his patients once rapport is built. Some billing issues, however that seems to occur with most facilities... the insurance struggle.
It’s very interesting they (service providers)think that we (clients ) leave bad reviews because we are just mean and angry people and they deserve 5 starts for incompetent and unprofessional service. This office charged me twice for the same test because of their incompetence. Then they called me and instead of apologizing they asked me not to come to their office at all because I left bad reviews and I’m sure they think they don’t deserve it.
