Was told the letter I needed required a in person appointment. As soon as I saw him in person, was very dismissive and looked annoyed and said he doesn’t do those type of letters. Seems there was lack of communication between NA and him. Was not his fault but reason for 2 stars was his poor attitude. I’ve never been talked to the way he did and I was charged a full amount for basically vitals and a 5 min conversation saying he couldn’t help. It is what it is.

I have been a patient at this office for a number of years. The reviews I saw here do not represent my experience or my family members’ experience with doctor Ettinger. He has always been professional, caring, and responsive. It takes some time to cut through the wait to get an appointment which has been my only frustration so far. Once I get in to see him, he always takes good care of me and my overall health needs. Thank you.
