Other than being 10+ minutes late to an open empty office Mr. Danco seemed more concerned with a copay that due to my insurance threshold excluded me from paying. I explained it to his intake "specialist" and him at each session. I ended the relationship due to his antiquated experience. Anyone can do much better than Jeff Danco.
Beware of this man, and certainly don't be vulnerable around him. I could not endure Dr. Danco even more than 25 minutes of a joint session with Dr. Danco and a loved one. Dr. Danco hyper focused on discussing one point that was not even primarily about working through my relationship with my loved one (which is why I was there). I verbalized that I was feeling defensive which to any therapist should signal the patient feels unsafe.
