I called about a leak in my water heater that left me with no hot water at 10 am on Monday morning. I asked them if they could instal a new water heater as soon as possible. I gave him information about what was currently installed in my house. He asked me to give him about 20 minutes to see if he had a heater available. He called me back and said he could be at my house around 1 pm. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation and completed the job in a little over 2 hours. Visit #2. August 2025. Different issue. Amazing service both on the phone and in person. When I called they listened attentively to my problem, identified it, provided a reasonable quote for the fix and sent the right person for the job. Alex was very knowledgable. He immediately knew what to do. Not only that but he was polite, fixed my issue without hassle, and didnt leave a mess. Gavin, the plumber who arrived at our home was courteous, neat and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and replaced and installed my new garbage disposal in a timely manner.

I had a recurring issue with my toilet, it kept filling out of nowhere. I called Jeffrey Burke Plumbing last night and Alex came first thing this morning. He did a great job fixing the problem, and was done in an hour. He was neat and left my bathroom looking the way it did when he first arrived. Very nice as well. I highly recommend using them. 5 stars!!!!
