Jeff is an incredibly gifted builder and problem solver. He is also a great "idea guy" who is relentless at brainstorming solutions and someone who can look at many aspects of the project all at once. He has his own crew (shout out to Cathy in the office and Del and co.), a great relationship with trades and his clients, and quite simply is a wonderful human being.
