Staff is up to date with your records and tests..... They listen to me as to how I am feeling and make changes accordingly.. .. not in a hurry to get to the next patient....
Doctor is very thoroug with his examination He listens to all my question and then gives me answer that I understand. Very grateful to have him as my heart doctor.
Dr. Brumfield is the best - good communicator. Knowledgeable. Patient. Caring. Office - very difficult to get through via phone. Long phone hold times. Leave it to the patient to schedule own procedures. Patient "web portal" difficult to use. Telehealth doesn't work.
