Dr Browning was very friendly and professional. That said, the procedure I got (vasectomy) was extremely painful, after being told that I shouldn’t feel much of anything after the anesthesia. I have sat for 8-9 hour tattoo sessions and generally have a pretty high pain tolerance, and I can’t help but think that something went wrong given the amount of pain I was in throughout the procedure. The services from Dr. Browning himself was very good. We appreciate his direct, honest style. He is patient and makes sure that his patients have a clear understanding of the issue. However, I must say that his office staff isn’t all that efficient. They do not return phone calls, and they are often very curt in their approach - The scheduling department in order to schedule for surgery…well I had to make several phone calls, left several messages and had another non urology staff member calling the department in order to ge... read more
