I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandt Bernstein(Bernstein & Bernstein) in taking my case and taking care of it in the most expeditious way where I met my deadline to have my issue resolved. He was great, a true professional in the manner he handles/treats his clients. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. This was truly the best experience I have ever had. I was client of Bernstein and he removed himself as my attorney 2 weeks before my hearing from a previous case.During the Bill of review as a result of that case he helped my ex-wife by giving her information about me to use at the bill of review court presiding's. I knew something was up after he tapped my ex-wife on the shoulder in the presiding court room then they walked out together. Shame on you Jeffrey Bernstein
I tried to be fair with my soon to be ex; however, that was not working very well. A friend suggested that I contact Mr. Bernstein. His staff was wonderful and Mr. Bernstein was FANTASTIC in a court room. My phone calls were always returned and my questions were answered. My case went to trial and I received everything I asked for and my now ex has to reimburse my attorney's fees. Very happy!
Mr. Bernstein did a great job in representing me and my children. I was awarded everything I asked for and the other parent had to pay all of my attorney's fees. I highly recommend!

Switzer Shelia and Richman Hazard are fictious names and were again posted by a party that was never represented by Jeffrey S Bernstein. Mr. Bernstein and his staff do a great job.
It should be noted that the negative posts that appear on this site - were posted by parties that Mr. Bernstein went against. Marcos, Pit Bull and Haus of Cards were not clients of Mr. Bernstein; however, they were the other party - as this is a matter of public record. Please feel free to ask our office further.
