I am a frequent flyer in the dermatology department, having had numerous basal and squamous cell areas taken off both through traditional surgery and mohs surgery. Several months ago a very large, deep squamous cell area(size of a quarter) had to be removed from the back of my hand, and I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Tiger perform that surgery.
