In the beginning things were good I felt heard and thought I would figure out what is happening to me. As soon as I had my sleep study that’s when it all changed. Not only did I feel he was refusing to treat me but also was disregarding my symptoms and kept saying it was due to the sleep apnea. I found out from a sleep medicine doctor sleep apnea is NOT causing my symptoms. He would not answer my messages through the portal or would call pretending not to know what I needed. Very grateful to have been connected with Dr. Hainsworth after a TBI. He's an expert at administering Botox for migraines and is very knowledgeable about various migraine treatment options.
I am appalled at Jeffrey Hainsworth's insensitivity and ineffectiveness as a medical professional. Jeffrey Hainsworth has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. We were at an important and emotional moment in my mom's treatment for dementia and I was meeting Jeffrey for the first time; he did not even make eye contact or introduce himself. After waiting months for my Neuro consult I really liked him; then everything turned south. I’ve had 2 MRIs and a CT scan. He never gave me my results, I messaged him and called him, nothing. Then staff reached out to me that my scans were abnormal so additional testing was needed. Why? He STILL hasn’t replied to me. Performed testing, STIILL waiting to hear back after additional testing. Now 6 months in. My test comes back abnormal, he just orders new tests with no follow up. Seeking new neuro.
Dr. Hainsworth was extremely knowledgable of what I had going on. Explained, in detail the treatment plan and what to expect. He was very courteous and friendly.
