I keep having to follow up with them to get an appointment and to schedule treatment. The clinic does not follow up and get in touch with you to schedule or let you know insurance approved treatment. You have to do their job.

First, trying to call the Oncology of Hope and Innovation is difficult. They don’t answer the phone and most of the time my call is directed to someone in anther city. Second, the staff did not say anything wrong but this was all new to me and when I asked a question the rolling of the eyes makes me think they are tired of their jobs. Third, Dr Andrey was flustered and impatient because I did not have all my treatments over the past 4 years memorized. I am new to the office of Dr Andrey. I was referred to his office in January 2024. My first appointment was on the phone April 12. A course of care was discussed and agreed upon for my treatment. I had to call the office to correct the orders. They were not what we had agreed on. Problem is no one answers the phone. ever. So they finally gave me a new appointment to talk to the Dr on June 4. We talked in length and agreed on treatment. On June 10 I got my referral for the wrong exam. Again. My recourse is limited. No one eve... read more

Great doctor, when you can get through his receptionists. After 30 minutes on hold, they just disconnect you. I usually spend 10-15 minutes on hold, just to get to receptionist.
