Both my husband and I have been stunned by Dr Irwin’s professionalism. He patiently listens to his patients blowing the normal 3 minutes out of the window. He invests his time and intellect into his patients, who are not mere numbers to him, but are actual individuals needing his help. I have lived across the Atlantic and with work lived in 6 US states. From my doctors experience, Dr Irwin ranks within the top 3 doctors that I have seen during my life.
I have been going to Dr. Irwin for a couple of years now and am extremely satisfied with the care I am receiving. He has always answered any questions with answers that showed his concern for my health. The whole Eagle Harbor Medical Associates staff has been very efficient and courteous during all my visits. I hope I will be able to see him for many years to come.
I started bringing my adult autistic daughter to see Dr. Irwin in 2023. Before last week, she had seen him a couple of times. My daughter shuts down and stops talking when she feels uncomfortable, which is common for autistic individuals. As a doctor, Dr. Irwin should be aware of this behavior and know how to adjust his approach accordingly. She was there for a physical and to get refills for her anxiety and depression medication. Takes his time and doesn't rush you out in 3 minutes like my old doctor. Explains everything and seems knowledgeable about different types of treatments/meds. I definitely recommend
The entire staff is amazing! Dr Irwin, His nurse Ms. Felicia and Nige at the front desk are all amazing with the best customer service !
