MY Club Car was in I-4 Power twice for erratic power to move, and they were unable to resolve the problem, they recommended the closest Club Car dealership. I had it picked up, the technician observed the same issues while loading it to the trailer and used a diagnostic devices, noting everything. It was at Jeffery Allen for weeks, they called and stated "They could not duplicate the issue.I said I don't want to duplicate it I want it fixed. And I stated what their technician observed, and the one on the phone said He saw his remarks. Well there you go, but no, we need to duplicate it, I aid just fix it. Well $650.22 later it still did not run. A friend recommended Tamps Bay Golf Cars, and over the phone he said that sounds like the M-Cor (basically the gas peddle), which is a switch for applying electrical power to the wheels, and it was. So over the phone my Golf cart was fixed, because that was exactly what was the problem. So two different repair shops, with one being a bay area dealership could not figure the issue, yet Tampa Bay Golf Cars did. I would never use Jeffery Allen to repair anything except a tire.
